How the NDA Process Works
The public information on this page is only a general guide. The formal NDA and confidentiality steps are completed separately as part of the booking process for your private pitch session.

- You are then taken through the relevant NDA or confidentiality stage
- Formal confirmations are handled as part of that process
- Your live session then takes place in a private pitch environment
Media, Recording & Podcast Consent
WataPitch, including WataBus and related platforms, may record, photograph, stream, or otherwise capture pitch sessions for podcasting, promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.
By participating in a WataPitch session, whether online, in person, or via WataBus, participants acknowledge and agree that:- Pitch sessions may be recorded in audio and/or video format
- Photographs and visual content may be captured during participation
- Content may be used for podcasts, social media, advertising, and promotional material
- Content may be edited, reproduced, and distributed across WataPitch and affiliated platforms
- Participants grant WataPitch the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and pitch presentation
Participation in a WataPitch session constitutes consent for such use.
No additional permission, notification, or monetary compensation shall be required for the use of this material.
Participants who do not wish to be recorded or featured should refrain from participating in live pitch sessions or media-recorded environments.
Where required, further protections, commercial terms, or project-specific documentation may be discussed at later stages depending on the nature of the concept, opportunity, or commercial engagement.
